Blue and Green and Lilly of the Valley

/ /

Changing up little things around the house keeps it from looking stale. There are so many flowers blooming in these days that it’s fun to mix different colors and flowers. A couple of days ago I shared some peonies and lilacs mixed with some soft pastels (go here for that), and today I’m sharing some ideas for mixing blue and green together using some lily of the valley.

The soft blues and greens add a subtle pop of color to the space.

Don’t the flowers look like perfect little bells? They actually resemble baby bonnets to me. So sweet and delicate.

Old glass extract bottles are fun to use as bud vases.

The old wicker chair makes a nice spot to sit and read. And smell those flowers.

Here’s a peek at the lilacs and peonies that I shared a few days ago here.  A few simple changes and it has a different look.

Do you have any fragrant spring flowers blooming at your house? Do you cut them or leave them in the garden?

Thanks for dropping by today!

Angie
