Using sharp pruning shears or loppers, clip and gather all of your branches. Trim off extra twigs so that each branch is bare next to the cut end for at least 4-5".
Begin attaching the branches to the grapevine wreath. Add the largest branches first. Push the cut end into the wreath as far as it will go, about 5 or 6". Repeat with all that you want to add. NOTE - if you live in a windy area, you will probably want to secure your branches with florist wire or hot glue.
After all of the larger branches are added, fill in with smaller branches of holly, cedar, boxwood, or whatever you have to work with.
Finish with a ribbon and add a hook to the back by twisting wire into a loop.
