King of Christmas Pre Lit Flocked King Noble Tree Review

Can you believe that Christmas is less than 80 days away??? It’s definitely not too early to start planning. And as a content creator, I have to start writing and sharing ideas months in advance. Plus, holiday items are always limited in supply so you should shop early if you don’t want to miss out on your favorites.

Last year I purchased the viral 7′ King Noble tree and love it. It was so pretty with my snowy theme. I used white crocheted snowflake ornaments, some chunky knit garland, some button garland, and some pine cones.

It looked especially pretty at night. The snowflakes really stood out.

When King of Christmas reached out to me a few months ago for a collaboration, I jumped at the chance to work with them. I loved my King Noble tree that I had previously purchased, and was gifted a beautiful 7′ Flocked King Noble tree. I’m sharing what we love along with what we wish was different about this tree.

When I received the new tree, I went ahead and set it up to make sure everything was working properly and took some photos so you could get an idea how it looks before decorating. I haven’t completely decided how I’ll be decorating it this year so stay tuned for that.

It will either be a blue and white theme, snowy theme, or bright and colorful theme. Sign up for my newsletter so you can see which theme is the winner. I’ll also update this post after the tree is decorated. (updated – images at the end of the post)

Let’s take a closer look at the branches so you can see how they really look. I didn’t even have to bribe our kitty, Wizard, to pose for me. He loved the tree from the start, especially with the faux fur tree skirt.

I chose a pre lit tree because who wants to string lights on a tree? Nobody in our house. This one has plenty of warm white LED lights. And you can also see that the branches are quite full.

They have plenty of flocking on them and remind me of walking through a snow covered forest. They’re so dreamy.

What we love about our King Noble Trees

Let’s start with our favorite things about King of Christmas and the King Noble trees.

  • Reasonable pricing – this tree isn’t cheap, but has a lot to offer and is worth the price.
  • Quick shipping – ours got here two days after shipping.
  • Lightweight – I can lift and assemble this tree by myself. My husband took pictures but I didn’t need any help putting this tree together. This is a giant perk because the tree that we used to have was super heavy and assembling it brought out the worst in all of us. Not a great way to start the decorating of the tree.
assembling a King of Christmas tree
  • Simple assembly – it comes in three easy to maneuver sections that go together seamlessly. The branches are attached and open up like an upside down umbrella.

  • Protective gloves included – you’ll want to use these when fluffing or arranging the branches. They’re nice and long and will protect your arms and clothing. NOTE – I don’t recommend wearing black when assembling a flocked tree. Ask me how I know this.😄

  • Remote controlled lights – there are 8 different light settings that you can change with the little remote control.
  • Storage bag included – a very nice storage bag with long handles is included. The tree will go back into the box and then it will go in the bag for the off season. It zips up, so no need to worry about any moisture or bugs getting on the tree.

  • Realistic branches – even though this tree is artificial, the branches still look very nice.

Things to consider when buying a flocked tree

This is my first time ever having a flocked tree and I’m learning all about them now. I love the snowy winter feeling this one has. But there are some things I’m getting used to. Here goes:

  • Flocked trees shed – and that’s to be expected. There was a fair amount of loose flocking on the floor after I assembled the tree. It was easy enough to clean up with the vacuum cleaner.

  • This particular tree is sparse, but I was aware of that. I like the look of sparse trees, plus they’re lightweight and easy to assemble.

There’s really not anything else negative to say about this tree. I’m thrilled so far and am excited to see how it looks decorated.

I’ve updated the post to include pictures of the tree all decked out for Christmas. I have a large collection of colorful vintage ornaments and filled the tree with them. First I added the navy checked ribbon and the button garland. Then I added the ornaments.

I love the way these colorful ornaments look against the flocked tree. (learn more about the ornaments here => Shiny Brite Ornaments)

And the sparse branches of the King Noble tree allow the ornaments to really pop.

    1. Hi. Yes, I like it better. The Costco tree is beautiful and full, but it was just too heavy for us. I can put this one together all by myself. Plus my ornaments really show up well on it.

    1. Thanks, Lynn! I’m loving it so far too. I’m leaning towards colorful vintage ornaments but haven’t decided for sure yet. I think they’ll show up great on this tree too. 😊
